Eligibility

TExBioMed is designed to attract students from underrepresented groups and programs with limited research in biomedical informatics/data science.

Have completed at least one year toward their academic degree

R

Have demonstrated a satisfactory academic performance (GPA >= 3.0)

R

Have completed at least three basic life sciences and physical sciences courses and two in mathematics, computer science, and/or engineering

R

Submit a personal essay describing your interest in completing their degree in Data Science, Biomedical Informatics-related disciplines

R

Applicants should be US citizens or permanent residents
